Escaped LLC privacy policy

This policy describes how Escaped LLC ("Escaped", "we") collects, uses and shares personal information from people who use this website, escaped.com (the "Site").

What we collect

We collect information in two ways.

The enquiry form. If you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email address and company, the kind of test you're interested in, what prompted it, any deadline, and the short scoping answers and message you choose to give us.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, the pages you requested and your browser type. These are kept for security and reliability and are deleted automatically.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person; Cloudflare processes limited technical data to do this under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Enquiry details are emailed to us and used only to reply to you and to quote for the work you asked about. They are not stored in a database on the Site, and we don't use them for marketing or add you to any mailing list.

Sharing

We don't share your information outside Escaped LLC, except where we're required to by law or a valid legal process.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@escaped.com. If you'd rather not use the form, you can email us instead.
